We may update these Terms from time to time (see "Governing law and disputes" and the "Last updated" date above); your continued use of the Platform means you accept the current Terms.

Our Privacy Notice forms part of these Terms and explains how we handle your personal data. Please remember that no transmission of information over the internet is ever completely secure; while we take reasonable steps to protect your data, you use the Platform at your own risk in that respect.
You are responsible for arranging the equipment, software and internet connection needed to access the Platform, and for ensuring that the registration details you give us are accurate and kept up to date. We may change, suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the Platform at any time, including for maintenance, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You must be at least the age of majority in your country to open an account and make bookings. If you are a minor (but at least 16), you may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
You may use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes — to discover Salons, view information, make and manage bookings, pay, save favourites and leave reviews. You may view and print individual pages for your own personal reference.

You may submit content such as reviews, ratings and comments ("User Content"). You confirm that you own or have the right to submit it and that it is honest, lawful and not infringing. You grant Bueatina a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, host, store, reproduce and display your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. We may moderate, edit or remove User Content at our discretion, but we are not obliged to monitor it.
The Platform and all material on it — including the Bueatina name and logo, text, graphics, design, layout and software — are owned by or licensed to Bueatina and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy or adapt them except as expressly permitted in these Terms or with our prior written consent.
Information on the Platform — including Salon listings, services, prices and availability — is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Salons are responsible for the accuracy of their own information. While we aim to keep the Platform accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply our endorsement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bueatina excludes all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms, and is not liable for: the acts or omissions of Salons or the quality or outcome of their services; interruptions, delays or unavailability of the Platform; or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain will have jurisdiction. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be shown by the "Last updated" date above.
The Platform is operated from the Kingdom of Bahrain and intended for users there. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in other locations, and we may restrict the availability of the Platform or certain features to particular regions. Where an offer or feature is not permitted in your location, it is void.
