Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bueatina platform — our website, salon pages,
mobile experiences, and the online booking and payment features (together, the "Platform"), operated by Bueatina
("Bueatina", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please
do not use the Platform. Bueatina is a marketplace that connects customers with independent salons and beauty
professionals ("Salons"); the beauty services are provided by the Salons, not by Bueatina.
1.Introduction
These Terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a customer browsing or booking, or as a
Salon owner managing a business account. We may update these Terms from time to time (see "Governing law and disputes"
and the "Last updated" date above); your continued use of the Platform means you accept the current Terms.
2.Feedback and information
If you have any questions, comments or feedback about these Terms or the Platform, contact us at
hello@bueatina.com. If you send us ideas, suggestions or
feedback, you agree we may use them freely, without any obligation or compensation to you.
3.Privacy
Our Privacy Notice forms part of these Terms and explains how we handle your
personal data. Please remember that no transmission of information over the internet is ever completely secure; while we
take reasonable steps to protect your data, you use the Platform at your own risk in that respect.
4.Access to the Platform
You are responsible for arranging the equipment, software and internet connection needed to access the Platform, and
for ensuring that the registration details you give us are accurate and kept up to date. We may change, suspend, withdraw
or restrict all or part of the Platform at any time, including for maintenance, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted
availability.
5.Age requirements
You must be at least the age of majority in your country to open an account and make bookings. If you are a minor (but
at least 16), you may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to
be bound by these Terms.
6.Accounts, passwords and security
- Each person may hold one account, which is personal to you and may not be transferred or shared.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
- We may ask you to verify your email address; some features may be limited until it is verified.
- We may suspend or terminate an account at any time if we reasonably believe it has been used for fraud, abuse, or in breach of these Terms.
7.What you are allowed to do
You may use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes — to discover Salons, view information, make
and manage bookings, pay, save favourites and leave reviews. You may view and print individual pages for your own
personal reference.
8.Your promises to us
By using the Platform, you agree that you will:
- provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself;
- use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms;
- honour the bookings you make and follow each Salon's reasonable policies;
- treat Salons, their staff and other users respectfully.
9.What you are not allowed to do
You must not:
- scrape, copy, harvest or use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Platform;
- attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with security or access controls, or reverse engineer the Platform;
- frame, mirror or resell any part of the Platform without our written permission;
- make false, fraudulent or speculative bookings, or impersonate any person;
- upload or transmit unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or harmful content, or spam;
- do anything that disrupts the Platform or its servers, or that harms other users.
10.Bookings, prices and payment
- A booking you make is a request for an appointment with a Salon. The contract for the beauty service is between you and the Salon — Bueatina acts only as the booking platform.
- Prices are set by each Salon and shown in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless stated otherwise.
- Where online payment is available, you may pay using the methods shown (e.g. BenefitPay or bank transfer) or pay at the Salon. Always include any reference shown so your payment can be matched and confirmed.
11.Cancellations, no-shows and refunds
- You may cancel or reschedule eligible upcoming appointments from your account.
- Salons may set their own cancellation windows, deposits, no-show charges and refund policies; these apply between you and the Salon.
- Completed, cancelled or past appointments cannot be changed.
12.User content
You may submit content such as reviews, ratings and comments ("User Content"). You confirm that you own or have the
right to submit it and that it is honest, lawful and not infringing. You grant Bueatina a worldwide, non-exclusive,
royalty-free licence to use, host, store, reproduce and display your User Content in connection with operating and
promoting the Platform. We may moderate, edit or remove User Content at our discretion, but we are not obliged to monitor it.
13.Intellectual property
The Platform and all material on it — including the Bueatina name and logo, text, graphics, design, layout and
software — are owned by or licensed to Bueatina and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use,
copy or adapt them except as expressly permitted in these Terms or with our prior written consent.
14.Content and availability
Information on the Platform — including Salon listings, services, prices and availability — is provided on an "as is"
and "as available" basis. Salons are responsible for the accuracy of their own information. While we aim to keep the
Platform accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.
15.External links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We provide these links for
convenience only; we are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply our endorsement.
16.Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bueatina excludes all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms, and is
not liable for: the acts or omissions of Salons or the quality or outcome of their services; interruptions, delays or
unavailability of the Platform; or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability
that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can
try to resolve it in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain will have jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be shown by the "Last updated" date above.
18.Geographic availability
The Platform is operated from the Kingdom of Bahrain and intended for users there. We make no representation that the
Platform is appropriate or available in other locations, and we may restrict the availability of the Platform or certain
features to particular regions. Where an offer or feature is not permitted in your location, it is void.
19.Salon subscriptions & billing
Salons may subscribe to a paid Bueatina plan through the Google Play Store to access business features. Subscriptions
may include an introductory free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts
to a paid plan and is billed on a recurring basis through your Google Play account. You can view, manage or cancel your
subscription at any time in the Google Play Store app. If a subscription payment fails or is not renewed, we may suspend
access to paid business features — including the ability to accept new customer bookings — until payment is resolved.
Subscription prices and features may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes where required by law.

تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") وصولك إلى منصة بيوتينا واستخدامك لها — موقعنا الإلكتروني وصفحات الصالونات
وتجارب الجوال وخدمات الحجز والدفع الإلكتروني (معاً، "المنصة")، والتي تديرها بيوتينا ("بيوتينا"، "نحن").
بوصولك إلى المنصة أو استخدامك لها فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط؛ وإن لم توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام المنصة.
بيوتينا سوق إلكتروني يربط العملاء بصالونات ومختصي تجميل مستقلين ("الصالونات")؛ وتُقدَّم خدمات التجميل
من قبل الصالونات وليس من قبل بيوتينا.
1.مقدمة
تنطبق هذه الشروط على كل من يصل إلى المنصة أو يستخدمها، سواء كان عميلاً يتصفح أو يحجز، أو صاحب صالون يدير
حساب أعمال. وقد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر (انظر "القانون الواجب التطبيق والنزاعات" وتاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه)؛
ويعني استمرارك في استخدام المنصة قبولك للشروط السارية.
2.الملاحظات والمعلومات
إذا كانت لديك أي أسئلة أو تعليقات أو ملاحظات حول هذه الشروط أو المنصة، تواصل معنا عبر
hello@bueatina.com. وإذا أرسلت إلينا أفكاراً أو اقتراحات أو
ملاحظات، فإنك توافق على أنه يجوز لنا استخدامها بحرية، دون أي التزام أو تعويض لك.
3.الخصوصية
يشكّل إشعار الخصوصية جزءاً من هذه الشروط ويوضح كيفية تعاملنا مع بياناتك
الشخصية. وتذكّر أنه لا يوجد نقل للمعلومات عبر الإنترنت آمن تماماً؛ فمع أننا نتخذ خطوات معقولة لحماية بياناتك،
فإنك تستخدم المنصة على مسؤوليتك الخاصة في هذا الشأن.
4.الوصول إلى المنصة
أنت مسؤول عن توفير الأجهزة والبرامج والاتصال بالإنترنت اللازم للوصول إلى المنصة، وعن التأكد من أن بيانات
التسجيل التي تزودنا بها دقيقة ومحدّثة. ويجوز لنا تغيير المنصة أو تعليقها أو سحبها أو تقييد كلها أو جزء منها في أي
وقت، بما في ذلك لأغراض الصيانة، ولا نضمن توافرها دون انقطاع.
5.متطلبات السن
يجب أن تكون قد بلغت سن الرشد في بلدك لفتح حساب وإجراء الحجوزات. وإذا كنت قاصراً (وعمرك 16 عاماً على الأقل)،
فلا يجوز لك استخدام المنصة إلا بموافقة وإشراف أحد الوالدين أو الوصي القانوني الذي يوافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.
6.الحسابات وكلمات المرور والأمان
- يجوز لكل شخص امتلاك حساب واحد، وهو حساب شخصي لا يجوز نقله أو مشاركته.
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور وعن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك.
- أخبرنا فوراً إذا اعتقدت أن حسابك قد تم الوصول إليه دون إذنك.
- قد نطلب منك التحقق من بريدك الإلكتروني؛ وقد تكون بعض الميزات محدودة حتى يتم التحقق منه.
- يجوز لنا تعليق أي حساب أو إنهاؤه في أي وقت إذا اعتقدنا بشكل معقول أنه استُخدم للاحتيال أو الإساءة أو بالمخالفة لهذه الشروط.
7.ما يُسمح لك به
يجوز لك استخدام المنصة لأغراضك الشخصية غير التجارية — لاكتشاف الصالونات والاطلاع على المعلومات وإجراء
الحجوزات وإدارتها والدفع وحفظ المفضلة وكتابة التقييمات. ويجوز لك عرض الصفحات وطباعتها لمرجعك الشخصي فقط.
8.تعهداتك لنا
باستخدامك المنصة، فإنك توافق على أن:
- تقدم معلومات دقيقة وحديثة وكاملة عن نفسك؛
- تستخدم المنصة للأغراض المشروعة فقط ووفقاً لهذه الشروط؛
- تلتزم بالحجوزات التي تجريها وتتبع السياسات المعقولة لكل صالون؛
- تتعامل باحترام مع الصالونات وموظفيها والمستخدمين الآخرين.
9.ما لا يُسمح لك به
يجب ألا تقوم بما يلي:
- استخراج البيانات أو نسخها أو جمعها أو استخدام أدوات آلية (روبوتات، زواحف) للوصول إلى المنصة أو جمع بياناتها؛
- محاولة تجاوز أو تعطيل أو التدخل في ضوابط الأمان أو الوصول، أو إجراء هندسة عكسية للمنصة؛
- تأطير أي جزء من المنصة أو نسخه أو إعادة بيعه دون إذن كتابي منا؛
- إجراء حجوزات كاذبة أو احتيالية أو وهمية، أو انتحال شخصية أي شخص؛
- رفع أو نقل محتوى غير قانوني أو مسيء أو مضلل أو منتهك للحقوق أو ضار، أو رسائل مزعجة؛
- القيام بأي شيء يعطّل المنصة أو خوادمها أو يضر بالمستخدمين الآخرين.
10.الحجوزات والأسعار والدفع
- الحجز الذي تجريه هو طلب موعد لدى الصالون. والعقد الخاص بخدمة التجميل يكون بينك وبين الصالون — وتعمل بيوتينا كمنصة حجز فقط.
- تُحدَّد الأسعار من قبل كل صالون وتُعرض بالدينار البحريني (د.ب) ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.
- حيثما يتوفر الدفع الإلكتروني، يمكنك الدفع بالوسائل المعروضة (مثل بنفت بي أو التحويل البنكي) أو الدفع في الصالون. احرص دائماً على تضمين أي رقم مرجعي معروض ليتسنى مطابقة دفعتك وتأكيدها.
11.الإلغاء وعدم الحضور والاسترداد
- يمكنك إلغاء المواعيد القادمة المؤهلة أو إعادة جدولتها من حسابك.
- يجوز للصالونات وضع سياساتها الخاصة بمهل الإلغاء والعربون ورسوم عدم الحضور والاسترداد؛ وتسري هذه السياسات بينك وبين الصالون.
- لا يمكن تغيير المواعيد المكتملة أو الملغاة أو المنقضية.
12.محتوى المستخدم
يجوز لك إرسال محتوى مثل التقييمات والتعليقات ("محتوى المستخدم"). وتؤكد أنك تملكه أو لديك الحق في إرساله وأنه
صادق وقانوني وغير منتهك للحقوق. وتمنح بيوتينا ترخيصاً عالمياً غير حصري وخالياً من الرسوم لاستخدام محتوى المستخدم
واستضافته وتخزينه ونسخه وعرضه فيما يتعلق بتشغيل المنصة والترويج لها. ويجوز لنا مراجعة محتوى المستخدم أو تعديله
أو إزالته وفق تقديرنا، دون أن نكون ملزمين بمراقبته.
13.الملكية الفكرية
المنصة وجميع موادها — بما في ذلك اسم بيوتينا وشعارها والنصوص والرسومات والتصميم والتخطيط والبرمجيات —
مملوكة لبيوتينا أو مرخّصة لها ومحمية بقوانين الملكية الفكرية. ولا يجوز لك استخدامها أو نسخها أو تعديلها إلا وفق
ما تسمح به هذه الشروط صراحةً أو بموافقة كتابية مسبقة منا.
14.المحتوى والتوافر
تُقدَّم المعلومات على المنصة — بما في ذلك قوائم الصالونات والخدمات والأسعار والمواعيد المتاحة — "كما هي" و"حسب
توافرها". والصالونات مسؤولة عن دقة معلوماتها. ومع سعينا لإبقاء المنصة دقيقة ومحدّثة، فإننا لا نضمن اكتمالها أو
حداثتها أو خلوّها من الأخطاء.
15.الروابط الخارجية
قد تحتوي المنصة على روابط لمواقع أو خدمات تابعة لجهات خارجية لا نتحكم بها. نوفر هذه الروابط للتسهيل فقط؛
ولسنا مسؤولين عن محتواها أو ممارساتها، ولا يعني وجود الرابط تأييدنا لها.
16.إخلاء المسؤولية والحدود
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، تستبعد بيوتينا جميع الضمانات غير المنصوص عليها صراحةً في هذه الشروط، ولا تتحمل
المسؤولية عن: أفعال الصالونات أو تقصيرها أو جودة خدماتها أو نتائجها؛ أو انقطاع المنصة أو تأخرها أو عدم توافرها؛
أو أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو تبعية. ولا يوجد في هذه الشروط ما يستبعد أو يحد من مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها أو الحد
منها بموجب القانون المعمول به.
17.القانون الواجب التطبيق والنزاعات
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين مملكة البحرين. وفي حال نشوء نزاع، يُرجى التواصل معنا أولاً لنحاول حله بحسن نية. وإذا
تعذّر حله، تكون محاكم مملكة البحرين هي المختصة. وقد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر؛ وتُبيَّن التغييرات الجوهرية
بتاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه.
18.النطاق الجغرافي
تُدار المنصة من مملكة البحرين وهي موجهة للمستخدمين فيها. ولا نقدم أي تعهد بأن المنصة مناسبة أو متاحة في أماكن
أخرى، ويجوز لنا تقييد توافر المنصة أو بعض ميزاتها في مناطق معينة. وحيثما لا يُسمح بعرض أو ميزة في موقعك، تُعتبر لاغية.
19.اشتراكات الصالونات والفوترة
يجوز للصالونات الاشتراك في باقة بيوتينا المدفوعة عبر متجر Google Play للوصول إلى ميزات الأعمال. وقد تتضمن
الاشتراكات فترة تجريبية مجانية مبدئية؛ وما لم يتم الإلغاء قبل انتهاء الفترة التجريبية، يتحول الاشتراك تلقائياً إلى
باقة مدفوعة ويُفوتَر بشكل متكرر عبر حساب Google Play الخاص بك. يمكنك عرض اشتراكك أو إدارته أو إلغاءه في أي وقت من
تطبيق متجر Google Play. وإذا فشلت عملية دفع الاشتراك أو لم يتم تجديده، يجوز لنا تعليق الوصول إلى ميزات الأعمال
المدفوعة — بما في ذلك إمكانية قبول حجوزات جديدة من العملاء — إلى حين تسوية الدفع. وقد تتغير أسعار الاشتراك
وميزاته؛ وسنقدّم إشعاراً معقولاً بالتغييرات الجوهرية حيثما يقتضي القانون ذلك.
