The information we collect depends on how you interact with us:
Basic device and usage data (such as browser type, pages viewed) and — only with your permission — approximate location. We use this to operate and improve the Platform and to show salons near you.
Your name, contact details and the content of your message, used to respond to and manage your enquiry.
Your name, email, phone number, password (stored encrypted/hashed), booking and order history, saved favourites and reviews. We use these to create and manage your account, take and confirm bookings, process payments, send confirmations and reminders, and provide your loyalty and order history.
Business name and details, owner contact information and login credentials, used to provide and secure the business dashboard and the services you sign up for.
Where you opt in, your email and/or phone number, used to send you offers and updates. You can opt out at any time.
We do not sell your personal data.
Your information is held on secure cloud infrastructure that may be located in, or accessed from, countries outside the Kingdom of Bahrain. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected by appropriate safeguards.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform. After that we retain it only as long as necessary to meet legal, accounting and reporting obligations and to resolve disputes, which may be a number of years. When no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
We may keep anonymised, aggregated statistics (for example, how many bookings are made in an area) indefinitely. This information cannot be used to identify you.
