2.Our services

Bueatina is an intermediary that connects you with Salons and lets you discover, book and pay for their Services. When you make an Appointment or buy a product, you enter into a contract with the Salon for that Service or product. Your agreement with Bueatina is only for your use of the Platform.

3.Our partners' services

Salons are responsible for the accuracy of their listings (services, prices, availability) and for the quality and safety of the Services they provide. Any statutory rights you have as a consumer against the Salon are not affected by these Terms.

5.How to make an appointment or order

Choose a Salon, a service, a date and time (and a stylist where offered) and submit your request. A booking is confirmed once the Salon accepts it — you may receive confirmation by WhatsApp or email. Availability shown on the Platform is indicative and may change until your booking is confirmed.

6.Vouchers issued by Salons

A Salon may issue vouchers or gift cards on its own terms (including validity and how they can be redeemed). These are offered at the Salon's discretion, and Bueatina is not responsible for them.

7.Promo codes issued by Salons

A Salon may offer promotional codes subject to conditions such as expiry dates or single use. Unless stated otherwise, promo codes cannot be sold or transferred. The Salon is responsible for honouring valid codes.

8.Paying for a Salon service

9.Appointment changes and cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule eligible upcoming Appointments from your account. Salons may apply their own cancellation windows, deposits, or no-show charges. Completed, cancelled or past Appointments cannot be changed.

10.Product refunds and returns

For any physical products you buy, returns and refunds are handled by the Salon in line with applicable consumer law and the Salon's policy. Faulty or misdescribed products may be returned for a refund or replacement. Please contact the Salon to arrange a return.

11.Restrictions on access

We may suspend, limit or end your access to the Platform if, for example, you make repeated cancellations or no-shows, we suspect fraud, you behave abusively towards Salons or their staff, or you breach these Terms or our Terms of Use.

12.Liability

We provide the Platform with reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for the Services delivered by Salons. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bueatina is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for matters arising from the acts or omissions of Salons. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Bueatina against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a Salon or other person.

14.Ending these Terms of Service

You can stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access as described in "Restrictions on access". Some information may be retained after termination as described in our Privacy Notice.

We may update the Platform and these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes are shown by the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

If something goes wrong, contact us at hello@bueatina.com. We'll do our best to help and can liaise with the Salon, although decisions on refunds for Services are at the Salon's discretion under its own policy.
