How do I book an appointment?

Open a salon's page from the map or homepage, choose a service, pick a stylist (if offered), select a date and time, then confirm. You'll get a confirmation by WhatsApp or email.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Go to My Account → your upcoming appointment → tap Reschedule or Cancel. Some salons set their own cancellation windows.

How do I pay?

You can pay at the salon, or online by BenefitPay or bank transfer where available. From your account, "Pay now" shows the salon's details and a reference — your payment is confirmed automatically.

How do I create an account?

Tap Create account and sign up with your name, email, phone and a password — or sign in with your WhatsApp number. Your bookings, orders and loyalty all live in My Account.

How do loyalty points work?

You earn 1 point per BHD spent on confirmed online payments. See your points, visits and spend on the loyalty card in your account.

How do I leave a review?

After a completed appointment, open it in My Account and tap Review. Reviews appear once the salon approves them.

How do I delete my account?

In My Account → Settings → Delete account. This removes your login and personal data. See our Privacy Notice.

Running your salon

How do I list my salon?

Tap Get started and create a business account. You'll get a dashboard and your own salon page where clients can book. See pricing for plans.

How do I set my services and prices?

From your dashboard you can manage your services menu, prices and booking hours. They show on your public salon page instantly.

How do I manage bookings?

Your dashboard shows a real-time calendar and appointments list. You can confirm, reschedule, cancel and mark payments.

How do online payments & payouts work?

Online payments are optional. Add your BenefitPay number or bank details in Settings, and confirmed payments are matched automatically.

How does pricing work?

You pay a simple monthly plan based on team size, plus pay-as-you-go messaging. No setup cost and no minimum commitment — see the full pricing page.
